Chief Sam Igbe was born to the Igbe Arase family. He has dedicated his life to working for the community.

Chief Sam Igbe is a writer and the author of many books,  including the Nigeria of our Dream and Random Thoughts. Due to his immense service to the community, the Federal Government of Nigeria awarded him the Member of the Order of the Niger(MON)  in 2003. 

He also holds an honoring degree (D.litt) from the University of Benin. He has remained a very caring,  supportive,  and dependable husband, father and grandfather.

His dedication to education and sports has been illustrated in all aspects of his life. His ability to constantly learn and teach through his books makes him a true leader. The goal of this foundation is to cultivate his thirst for knowledge and spread it to the children of our beloved state.
