In general, the grant making of the Sam Igbe Foundation is limited to students in secondary school in Benin city. Most grantees will be invited by the Foundation.The Foundation’s approach to grant-making focuses on providing scholarships and financial support for students.We do not seek, nor fund, unsolicited grant applications.

Restrictions

1) limited to Public Secondary Schools within Benin City
2) Two students will be selected from some Local Government Areas (LGA), as recipients for the grant based ontheir results from their junior school examination or Secondary School examinations
3) Students have to maintain high academic standards and follow the rules and regulations of their various schools and the foundation to maintain the grant
4)  The scholarship will last the duration of the individual's Senior Secondary School education, if all requirements are met.
